The loft is a shelter with two possible options of kitchen and living room. It is perfect for large opening spaces as rural areas even cities where people could enjoy the views through its large double glass-made windows. It can also be designed for accommodation as an Airbnb option.It is available with or without furniture and appliances.

There are different types of fachades and interior details.There is mineral wool insulation in ceilings, walls and flooring. The roofs have core EPS metallic panels.

The loft can be an autonomous unit with its own electricity generator, solar vacuum water heather and rain water recollection.
