The proposal is based on making a module of minimal origin, whose basic component is part of the progressive modular housing that we have at V8 Arquitectos.

The idea is to position this house as part of a growth nucleus that contains all the minimum requirements for living.

In this way, the module is made up of all the necessary basic enclosures, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people staying overnight. Two of them in the master bedroom as permanent residents and two guests who can sleep on the 2-seater sofa bed located in the living room.
