Since 2010 we’ve been designing and building sustainable modular houses with a high accent on with a strong emphasis on design. Houses designed to simplify the process of building a home, minimizing the use of conventional energy and reducing pollution, from the manufacturing process to its installation in harmony with nature.
CAS4 creates a new way of conceiving house building.

The house can be made up of as many modules as the client wishes. We have standard models of houses.

STRUCTURE
Blacksmith skeletons according to structural calculation with certified anti-corrosion galvanizing treatment.

FOUNDATIONS
Chained and reinforced concrete piles with foundation damp proofing.
MATERIALS

. PVC carpentry with DVH glass.
. Interior multi-laminated phenolic coating with Eucalyptus finish.

Bona HD finish.
. Exterior coating of Quadrolines Hunter Douglas sheet in black.
. Sloping roof in black pre-painted corrugated sheet.
. Insulation: 4″ wood frames + 100-millimetre silver Rolac glass wool by Isover.
